These terms cover your use of the Look Within app and website, provided by Ticex Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Look Within, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Look Within.
Look Within is a recovery and wellness support app for check-ins, journaling and coping tools. It is not a medical device or an emergency service, and nothing in it is medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health and any treatment decisions.
You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details private, and tell us at info@lookwithin.co if you think someone else has used your account.
Look Within needs a subscription: monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy. Payment is taken by Google Play, or by the Apple App Store if you subscribed there, and we never receive your card details. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
New subscribers to the monthly plan get a 7-day free trial. You start it through Google Play with a payment method. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the monthly price is charged automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The yearly plan has no free trial and is charged right away. Trial eligibility is decided by the store.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Cancel any time in your Google Play subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give you notice, through the store, of any price increase.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first, or the store will keep charging you.
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Because payment goes through Google Play, we cannot issue refunds ourselves. You may have other rights under your local consumer law, and nothing here takes them away.
Your records stay yours. You can download or delete them at any time, whether or not you are subscribed. See our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Don't misuse Look Within: no attempting to break, overload or get around its security or subscription checks, no accessing other people's data, and no copying or reselling the app. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work to keep Look Within available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", and we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We own the app, its content and its branding. To the extent the law allows, Ticex Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Look Within. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
If we change these terms, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email if the change is significant. Continuing to use Look Within after that means you accept the new terms.
