Delete Your Look Within Account

You can permanently delete your Look Within account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

Open Look Within, sign in, open the sidebar menu, and tap "Delete Account". Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately — this cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email brendantallett@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Journal entries, daily check-ins, and mood/energy history
• Recovery progress, streaks, credits, and achievements
• Emergency contacts
• Coping toolkits you created (public toolkits are removed from other users' view too)

What may be retained

We may retain limited transaction records (e.g., subscription purchase history) for as long as required by law for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. This residual data is not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
